Size: 3–4 m H, 1–3 m W.
 Leaves: To 2.5 cm long, oblong to elliptical, ends pointed, edges with appressed long hairs, veins hairy on both surfaces.
 Flowers: White, to 2 cm in diameter with 5 petals. Solitary at ends of side branches.
 Flowering Time: Summer
 Fruit: Capsule to 8 mm in diameter, hairy at first then flaky and woody
Habitat/distribution: Wet peaty heaths, 
Where to See: Arthur River, Pieman River at Corinna
Other notes: Needs moist well-drained soil and part to full sun. Propagate from seed or cuttings.
